Project Bidding Submission
Bidding for projects is more competitive than ever. Often it is a requirement to include safety management plans for the projects. This allows your business to bid for larger projects and present a competitive edge against your rivals.
We work with you to present a sound occupational health and safety management plan during the lifetime of the project.
Pre-project hazard assessments
To ensure your responsibilities under the regulation are met, we conduct “pre-project” hazard and risk assessments that will ultimately give us the required information necessary to communicate any safety issues down the line. The information gathered will also allow us to start formulating and implementing any corrective measures to mitigate the risk to workers prior to them arriving on site.
Site specific safety management plans
The hazard and risk assessment always performed at the beginning of any project plays a key role in developing the site-specific safety management plan (SSSMP). They are developed to provide a complete and comprehensive document comprised of all the elements that make up the requirements needed to implement and control an effective safety management plan for new and existing projects.
Project Safety Coordination
Our contractor management program will evaluate contractors pre-project to ensure they are ready prior to arriving on site and have the information necessary for a safe and successful experience.
Contractor safety management
Maintaining safety compliance throughout the project by overseeing the trades on the site to ensure they are meeting their responsibilities and have the necessary training for their scope of work.
